The Kohtoku Lounge provides a space for relaxation that all are free to use as they like.
Please feel free to schedule teatime meetups, meetings, cooking classes, seminars, or other functions in our lounge, which is surrounded by greenery. (NO CHARGE)
Customers who employ our services when buying or selling property can stay in this space with their families (three beds provided) for up to ten days in between moves as well, such as before moving into a new house or before returning to your home country after selling. (NO CHARGE)

Have fun cooking and enjoying delightful meals while taking in views of Mt. Rainier! Feel free to use the fixtures and amenities as you like.
Bedroom
Take in deep, relaxing breaths as you gaze out at Mt. Rainier through the big window in the master bedroom! Two additional bedrooms are available for use as well.
Balcony
The south-facing balcony provides a perfect venue for engaging conversation, barbecues, and more with its views of Mt. Rainier and seasonal flowers.
